Yes your payments are processed securely through PayPal and the details you give us are not passed on to any third parties. How can I pay? Through the site you can pay securely with a credit or debit card otherwise you can call with your card details. What if the item I order is out of stock? We will offer you the nearest equivalent. Can I cancel an order? Yes but please phone for verification and as long as the order has not already been sent out we will cancel your order for you. How can I make a complaint? If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you receive or the service then please drop us an email, where we are happy to receive your feedback and we will reply. What if I am not happy with my order, will I be refunded? Yes we will refund you per item you are not happy with. Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address? Of course please phone us with the alternative delivery address. What are your delivery charges? £5 for all weights. What are your delivery times? We deliver on Tuesday through to Thursday for alternative days please call for details as the delivery charges may be increased. Can I choose a specific day for my delivery? Our products are delivered in an insulated container accompanied by ice packs. What will happen if I’m not at home when my order arrives? We instruct all our deliveries that the goods are perishable and must be delivered today, so if no one is home then the goods are to be left in a secure location and a card left otherwise you can notify us where you would like the goods to be left.
